Wyoming Romagnolas on Display at North Queensland Field Days - Townsville
Ron & Di Pullen, of Wyoming Romagnola Stud are looking forward to their first Northern Queensland Field Days in Townsville. Ron & Di will take two stud bulls to the two day event to promote their Wyoming Stud as well as the Romagnola breed.
The Pullen's have decided to cut back on showing cattle this year at agricultural shows and focus more on attending field days where they will have a selection of bulls on display and for sale.
"We have been putting full blood Romagnola bulls over our commercial Brahman breeders for the past 20 years which has given us great results with outstanding weight for age and the ability for the F1 female to return to the breeding herd demonstrating high fertility rates"Ron says.
"We've sold red & grey Brahmagnola bulls (1/2 Brahman & 1/2 Romagnola or 1/4 Brahman & 3/4 Romagnola); purebred and full blood Romagnola bulls to the north and the far north of Queensland for many years now and find that a large number of our repeat buyers come back from these areas. so attending field days is a great way to catch up with our clients and talk to other interested cattle breeders".
