Romagnola Breeders

The Romagnola breed has got off to a good start on the Central Queensland show circuit with the Pullen Family of the Wyoming Romagnola Stud taking out the Grand Champion Female of all other breeds at the Marlborough Show with their Junior Champion Female winner Wyoming Bindi. 

Bindi, a full sister to the Brisbane Ekka Reserve Senior Champion Bull Wyoming Armando, faced tough competition in her class against Droughtmasters, Charbrays, Brafords and Brangus before taking out the Junior Champion prize ahead of the two other class winning Droughtmasters. 

In taking out the top award Wyoming Bindi was chosen by Judge Ken Rutherford over Calf Champion Camira Annie exhibited by Camira Brangus Stud and Senior Champion Female Glenlands Material Girl exhibited by the Childs Family of Glenlands Droughtmaster Stud.  The judge commented on Bindi’s length, femineity and style in his comments on his choice for the champion award.
